Meet Favi Andrus, a highly skilled and compassionate dental hygienist with a passion for helping others. Favi is not only a dedicated professional but also a proud mother and a loving wife, having married her high school sweetheart and fellow dental professional, Dr. Chris Andrus. Favi's exceptional motherly touch and warm demeanor put patients at ease, making every visit a comfortable and stress-free experience.

Favi is a true lover of dentistry and has dedicated her life to giving back to her community through volunteering and helping those in need. Her dedication and love for her profession is evident in her everyday efforts and the quality of care she provides. With a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College in Dallas, Favi is a highly qualified and experienced dental hygienist.

Additionally, Favi holds an extended function license for the administration of local anesthetic and Nitrous oxide, and is also laser certified. She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, making her accessible and approachable to a wider range of patients. Kayla's journey into dentistry began with a leap of curiosity-she enrolled in dental assisting classes at Tulsa Tech, drawn to the idea of combining fun and meaningful work. A graduate of Jenks High School, she now holds a dental assisting license and is excited to begin her career in the field.Kayla thrives on connecting with patients, brightening their day with her positive attitude, and building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she loves shopping and exploring new restaurants. With her enthusiasm and dedication, Kayla is committed to providing excellent care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Tara knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in healthcare. While still in high school, she began asking her dentist questions and quickly realized that dentistry was the perfect fit for her.

With over 13 years of experience in the dental field, Tara has built lasting relationships with patients and takes pride in helping them achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She loves getting to know each patient personally and finds it rewarding to help ease their fears and build their confidence in the dental chair. Patients know they can rely on her to guide them in keeping their oral health on track.

Tara earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Oklahoma. Her passion for dentistry is matched only by her love for helping people, which shines through in her work every day.

Outside of the office, Tara enjoys spending time with her two boys, who keep her busy and active. She’s also a big fan of sports—especially football, basketball, and baseball—but she’ll watch just about anything.

Brittany began her journey in dentistry nearly eight years ago, starting as a receptionist at a small private office in Tulsa. Her passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships quickly grew, leading her to her role as Insurance Coordinator here at Tulsa City Dental. What Brittany loves most about her job is helping people feel confident in their smiles and getting to know patients and their families along the way. She also values the strong bonds she’s built with her coworkers and the supportive team environment.

Outside of work, Brittany stays busy as a proud mom to two kids who keep her on the go with their sports activities. When she is not cheering them on at football games, she loves spending time at home with her family and their two crazy dogs! Life is busy, but she would not have it any other way.

Ronnie brings a spirit of service, leadership and warmth to our dental team. A proudMarine Corps veteran, Ronnie served six years and achieved the rank of Sergeant,including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2018. His time in the military shaped hisstrong work ethic and deep commitment to helping others – values he continues tocarry with him every day.

After completing his service, Ronnie earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciencefrom the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating in December 2023. While atUCO, he held multiple leadership roles in the Pre-Dental Society, including ExteriorVice President, Treasurer and Secretary. These experiences allowed him to furtherdevelop his passion for community, service and healthcare.

Ronnie’s interest in dentistry stems from a belief that a confident smile can trulychange lives. He is motivated by the idea that dental care can not only improvesomeone’s health, but also help them feel more self-assured and empowered. Hisbackground in servant leadership – first through military service and now in ahealthcare setting – drives his mission to support others in meaningful and lastingways.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys diving into history, listening to country blues musicand is a huge fan of Game of Thrones. He is also known for being an energetic and“infectious” dancer – something he is proud of and always ready to prove on thedance floor.

McKynna spent eight years in the medical field before making the exciting transition into dentistry in 2026. With a lifelong passion for helping others, she finds great fulfillment in assisting patients on their journey to healthier, more confident smiles. She enjoys seeing the positive impact dental care can have on a person’s health, confidence, and overall well-being. One of her favorite parts of working at Eclipse Smiles is the strong bond she shares with her team, knowing she is surrounded by coworkers who genuinely support one another and work together to provide exceptional patient care. Outside of the office, McKynna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, or watching an interesting documentary.

Driven by a desire to help others, she chose a career in dentistry to make a positive impact on people's lives. She enjoys helping patients restore their confidence through healthy, beautiful smiles and finds the greatest reward in providing a positive experience for every patient. Knowing she has helped someone smile at the end of the day makes her work especially meaningful.She attended Tulsa Dental Assistant School and holds both her Dental Assisting Certification and Dental Radiology Certification. While she is early in her dental career, she is passionate about learning, growing, and providing excellent patient care. She strives each day to be the change she wants to see in the world.Outside of the office, she enjoys fashion, makeup, classic cars, and spending time with her boyfriend and their dog.

Michelle has always been passionate about helping others. Although she never expected to build a career in dentistry, everything changed when she joined her first dental office as part of the administrative team. She quickly discovered how rewarding it is to help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental experience. That experience inspired her to continue learning and growing within the dental field.

With more than three years of experience working with patients, Michelle enjoys creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and cared for. Whether she is explaining insurance benefits, answering questions, or helping patients understand their treatment options, her goal is to make every visit as smooth and stress-free as possible. She understands that visiting the dentist can feel overwhelming, so she strives to provide reassurance and support every step of the way. Seeing patients leave with a smile and knowing she helped make their experience a positive one motivates her every day.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys reading, working out, playing tennis, arts and crafts, building LEGO sets, solving puzzles, and watching movies. She looks forward to meeting new patients and helping them feel at home while receiving the care they deserve at Eclipse Smiles.

Aubrey’s journey into dentistry began with her mom, who encouraged her to try dental assisting and attend school. What started as a simple suggestion quickly became a career she truly enjoys. Aubrey discovered a passion for helping others and loves being part of a team that positively impacts patients’ lives every day.

Over the past two years as a Registered Dental Assistant, Aubrey has enjoyed meeting new people and learning something new from every patient who walks through the doors. She appreciates that each day is different and values the opportunity to continue growing while providing compassionate care. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing patients leave the office feeling happier and more confident after completing their treatment. Knowing she played a role in helping someone smile again motivates her every day.

Aubrey attended Green Country School of Dental Assisting, where she earned her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. Outside the office, she is also a nail technician and enjoys expressing her creativity through her work. When she isn’t working, Aubrey can usually be found spending time with her wiener dog, Winston, who is truly her whole world. She looks forward to helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for during their visit to Eclipse Smiles
