Favi is not only a dedicated professional but also a proud mother and a loving wife, having married her high school sweetheart and fellow dental professional, Dr. Chris Andrus. Favi is a true lover of dentistry and has dedicated her life to giving back to her community through volunteering and helping those in need. Her dedication and love for her profession is evident in her everyday efforts and the quality of care she provides. With a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Northeastern State University and an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Concorde Career College in Dallas, Favi is a highly qualified and experienced dental hygienist.

Additionally, Favi holds an extended function license for the administration of local anesthetic and Nitrous oxide, and is also laser certified. She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, making her accessible and approachable to a wider range of patients. Jackie was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry after being surrounded by incredible individuals in the dental field whose passion, dedication, and ability to uplift those around them left a lasting impression. As a receptionist, Jackie loves being the first point of contact for patients—creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment they walk through the door. What motivates her every day is the positive energy in the office, the opportunity to keep learning, and the simple joy of brightening someone’s day through kindness and support.

Jackie finds it incredibly rewarding to work closely with patients, making them feel heard, valued, and confident in the care they receive. She takes pride in creating a space where patients feel safe to express their concerns and trust they’re in good hands.

Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and fur babies, crafting custom gifts with her Cricut, running, and playing pickleball and soccer. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Science and is passionate about personal and professional growth.

Kayla's journey into dentistry began with a leap of curiosity-she enrolled in dental assisting classes at Tulsa Tech, drawn to the idea of combining fun and meaningful work. A graduate of Jenks High School, she now holds a dental assisting license and is excited to begin her career in the field.Kayla thrives on connecting with patients, brightening their day with her positive attitude, and building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, she loves shopping and exploring new restaurants. With her enthusiasm and dedication, Kayla is committed to providing excellent care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Kiara's dentistry path began under Dr. Andrus's mentorship, igniting a passion for the profession. Despite starting without prior knowledge, she quickly became adept, enjoying the teamwork and the satisfaction of improving patients' oral health. She empathizes with those wary of dental visits and strives to provide positive experiences.

Outside work, Kiara loves family time, shopping, and staying fit. A McAlester High School alumnus, she's certified in radiation, coronal polishing, sealant placement, and nitrous oxide administration. With two years of dental experience, Kiara continues to expand her expertise and contribute to patients' dental wellness.

Meet Viri, a dedicated Business Assistant hailing from North Texas, now a proud resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past five years. Together with her supportive husband and their four wonderful daughters, they have immersed themselves in Tulsa's vibrant culture and community.

With an impressive 14-year career in the dental industry, Viri is deeply passionate about the ever-evolving field of dentistry. What draws her most to this profession is its dynamic nature, continuously improving to enhance patient experiences. As a dedicated dental professional, Viri strives to ensure each patient visit is comforting, making every dental journey relaxing and stress-free.

One of her greatest satisfactions lies in assisting patients along their unique dental paths. She is committed to making every patient feel confident and well-informed about their dental decisions. Additionally, to Spanish-speaking patients, Viri offers her language skills to address any queries, ensuring clarity and comfort in understanding dental matters.

Outside the office, Viri delights in spending quality time with her family, enthusiastically cheering at her two eldest daughters' softball games, or embarking on movie marathons with her youngest daughters. As a lover of DIY and design, she crafts seamless patterns for small businesses nationwide, bringing creativity into her daily routine.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Viri is currently enrolled at Tulsa Community College (TCC), furthering her knowledge about oral health. This additional education will empower her to provide even more comprehensive support to patients, harmoniously blending clinical insights with efficient business solutions. Ronnie brings a spirit of service, leadership and warmth to our dental team. A proudMarine Corps veteran, Ronnie served six years and achieved the rank of Sergeant,including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2018. His time in the military shaped hisstrong work ethic and deep commitment to helping others – values he continues tocarry with him every day.

After completing his service, Ronnie earned a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciencefrom the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating in December 2023. While atUCO, he held multiple leadership roles in the Pre-Dental Society, including ExteriorVice President, Treasurer and Secretary. These experiences allowed him to furtherdevelop his passion for community, service and healthcare.

Ronnie’s interest in dentistry stems from a belief that a confident smile can trulychange lives. He is motivated by the idea that dental care can not only improvesomeone’s health, but also help them feel more self-assured and empowered. Hisbackground in servant leadership – first through military service and now in ahealthcare setting – drives his mission to support others in meaningful and lastingways.

Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys diving into history, listening to country blues musicand is a huge fan of Game of Thrones. He is also known for being an energetic and“infectious” dancer – something he is proud of and always ready to prove on thedance floor.

Karla has been working in the dental field for over 30 years, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their dental care. She was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry because she wanted to help people not only maintain their oral health but also feel more confident through their smiles.

With a natural attention to detail, Karla transitioned into her current role as an insurance coordinator, where she combines her knowledge of treatment plans and insurance with her commitment to patient care. She finds great fulfillment in helping patients understand their benefits, reduce financial stress, and focus on what matters most—their dental health.

Karla especially enjoys making patients feel informed and at ease.
